Need help working out Biceps and Abs need a routine?
1. Push ups work chest and triceps, do little if anything for biceps
2. working any muscle twice a day is counter productive and if you are doing it daily, a waste of time. You need 48 to 72 hrs rest for the muscle to rebuild after a work out
Biceps are not what makes up a large arm.. the tricep is so don't neglect it.
ABs are more about diet and body fat below 10% than crunches but doing 4 sets of 10 crunches, 4 sets of 10 sit ups, 4 sets of 10 leg lifts every other day is plenty to build the abs, you have to diet down to show them
