Recently, the little light on my Xbox 360 turned
red, bla bla - It's not a power issue - I think its
the hardware. Anyways, the warranty is expired
and I was wondering if there was any way to
recover saved games, profiles etc. from my
hard drive(Assuming it's not corrupt)
Thanks,
The Toethe hard drive won't be affected, if you register your xbox with microsoft, submit a repair and there should be a box you tick to do with having the three red rings, they will refund your xbox even when your out of warranty so it's all good.saved the old HDD and when you get the xbox fix you out it back in , and all back to normalyour hardrive is fine all your saved stuff is on it yes my warrenty was out and i opened it up...VOIDING MY WARRENTY twice ,(tore the microsoft sticker) and they STILL fixed it SEND IT INYeah, it has nothing to do with the hard drive, it should be perfectly fine :]]Your Hardrive shouldn't have been affected by the 3 rings of death. So, yeah your games should be fine. My xbox got the 3 rings and I just got a new xbox and put my old harddrive on it and I still had my gamertag and all my saved gamesYea you can just take your hard drive out and it will be fine and everything will be on there.#If you have any other info about this subject , Please add it free.# |
