Im always clearing my throat!?

  • What can I take to clear it up? Robitussin?


  • any bronchial linctus will help
    also can add honey or lemon to hot water and imbibe
    or if want a tea spoon of malt vineger twice a day for three days will help


  • A whole bottle of Robitussin does the job.
    rofl.

    Mucinex would be a better choice though.

  • you could have kattah, best thing for that is a cough mixture


  • so... how long has it been? do you smoke? if you do, stop. The most common things that cause people to continuously clear their throat is sinus infection, allergies, and reflux. Less commonly it may be a behavior that you don't do consciously.
    Taking a bunch of Robitussin may increase your drainage and make your situation worse. Try something simple like a saline nasal spray applied by tilting your head back and letting it run into your nasal passages and sinuses twice a day. If this does nothing then you should see your doc.


  • Are you doing this due to phlegm? If so take any kind of expextorant, such as robitussin and drink lots of water.

    Or do you have a throat clearing tick- like tourettes?
