Identify the locations in Pennsylvania where coal based synthetic fuel
is produced, and where coal based synthetic fuel is burned as fuel,
and in both instances uses the chemical change agent or reagent known
as FTH 300.
I know that the PA DEP had to provide a permit for synthetic fuel
(produced by mixing coal and FTH 300) to be burned as fuel at power
plants in PA.I have contacts at PA state agencies and in the PA coal industry, so I
may be able to find this information for you; that is, if you decide
to re-post your question.
Could you please clarify "FTH 300"; is that the precise wording/spelling?
Thanks,

Can you tell me exactly what kind of compound that FTH-300 is? What
is it's purpose? And does it go by any other name? Can you also tell
me why you need this information, as it may affect my ability to get
it.
Thanks,
jbfHello Islamorda--
Unfortunately, I'm just now seeing your question. I think I know how I
can access the list you're looking for. However, it would require me
to have time during a business week to make some phone calls, and it
appears your question is about to expire.
If you still need this information and would like me to look into it
next week, please feel free to repost your question when it expires.
Thanks,
