contract language limiting certain uses or behavior on a network or service

i'm looking for contract langauge (usually found in the terms of service or terms of use or acceptable use policies of web conferencing or video conferencing or audio conferencing providers) that prohibit users leaving their service on for long periods of time. A specific example would be not allowing a web conferencing user to simply point their camera at an object or area (say a car, boat, house, parking lot) for a long period of time to monitor the object. (ie) the idea is not to allow a web conferencing service to be turned into a remote security service. or an audio service to left on to monitor other broadcasts.
